WordPress Developer (Mid-Senior Level)
Overview
Allegiance Group is looking for a mid-to-senior level WordPress developer to join their remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, content strategists, and project managers to build new websites and support existing client projects. The position requires strong technical skills, self-management in a remote environment, and excellent communication abilities.
What You'll Do6
- 1Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain complex WordPress websites from concept through launch and ongoing support.

Requirements5
- 15–6 years of professional development experience with a strong focus on WordPress.
- 2Hands-on expertise with WordPress tools such as Gutenberg blocks, Advanced Custom Fields, and Gravity Forms.
- 3Proficiency in responsive HTML, SASS, and Twig, plus comfort working with git-based version control (GitLab preferred) and local development environments (Docksal a plus).
- 4Solid understanding of software design principles and a commitment to code quality.
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
