Overview
Join Devnagri, an AI company focused on making business communication hyper-local for non-English speakers, as a Voice Bot Developer. You'll build and optimize real-time voice bots using open-source models and streaming technologies, working from our Noida office five days a week. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in voice streaming and a passion for hands-on AI development without relying on proprietary APIs.

- 1Design and develop real-time voice bots using WebRTC, LiveKit, WebSockets, and telephony integration.
- 2Construct ASR pipelines with Whisper, VAD, and turn detection, plus inference systems for low-latency voice processing.
- 3Fine-tune and deploy Generative AI models using Ollama, vLLM, and HuggingFace for custom voice interactions.
- 4Optimize TTS streaming by working with open-source models like Orpheus, Spark, or Fish Audio to ensure natural, responsive speech.
- 5Implement Python-based inference microservices and MLOps pipelines for scalable, production-ready deployment.
- 6Guarantee low-latency, high-performance, and secure streaming voice solutions across all projects.

- 1At least 3 years of relevant experience in real-time AI/voice streaming development, specifically using open-source models (not OpenAI, Azure, or Amazon Lex).
- 2Strong Python skills and hands-on expertise with ASR, TTS, WebRTC, LiveKit, and WebSockets.
- 3Solid knowledge of Generative AI, model fine-tuning, quantization, and hosting on HuggingFace.
- 4Experience building MLOps pipelines, scalable microservices, and low-latency streaming systems.
- 5Familiarity with telephony integration and building real-time conversational AI solutions.
