Overview

This role involves applying Tamil language expertise to train next-generation AI systems by recording high-quality audio samples, transcribing and annotating speech data, and evaluating audio quality. No prior AI experience is required—domain knowledge as a native Tamil speaker is key. The work is fully remote and contracted.

What You'll Do7

• 1Record high-quality audio samples in Tamil with clear pronunciation and adherence to linguistic standards
• 2Transcribe and annotate speech data with precision and attention to detail
• 3Evaluate and provide feedback on the quality of audio and transcriptions for continuous improvement
• 4Follow established AI workflows to collect, organize, and review speech data systematically
• 5Collaborate with the customer's team to align language tasks with project objectives and quality benchmarks
• 6Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout data collection and annotation processes
• 7Participate in quality assurance checks to uphold linguistic and audio data standards

Requirements6

• 1Native fluency in Tamil with deep understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances
• 2Exceptional attention to detail in quality evaluation and linguistic accuracy
