QA Specialist
Overview
Undocked is looking for a QA Specialist to lead quality assurance for its Order Management System (OMS) and a major replenishment modernization project. You'll be the testing expert driving the transition from Symphony Gold to RELEX, ensuring data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and smooth workflows. This role blends hands-on testing with strategic automation and process improvement.
What You'll Do5
- 1Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for the OMS and RELEX systems, covering every layer from data validation to end-to-end replenishment flows.
- 2Build and champion test automation across OMS and RELEX modules, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- 3Manage the full defect lifecycle in JIRA, spotting risks early and working with teams to implement fixes before they become blockers.
- 4Analyze system performance metrics and recommend optimizations to keep replenishment operations running at peak efficiency.
- 5Track and report QA metrics to leadership, continually refining processes and tooling to improve team productivity and scalability.
Requirements4
- 1At least 3 years of hands-on QA testing experience, with expert-level knowledge of RELEX — including configuration, forecasting, and replenishment workflows.
- 2Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and supply chain processes, with the ability to validate data integrity and business logic.
- 3Solid SQL skills for data validation, plus familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API testing tools like Postman.
- 4Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate testing insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
