• At least 5 years of work experience in an applicable industry.
• Experience with AI/ML systems, datasets, or evaluation pipelines in your domain.
• Technical writing, peer review, or grant writing experience in your field.
• TA or teaching background at the graduate or undergraduate level.
• At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed venue.
