What You'll Do7

• Build realistic ALS scenarios that start at dispatch and end at transfer of care.
• Draft reference answers that spell out the clinical reasoning behind each intervention.
• Review model responses for protocol accuracy and for risks to patient safety.
• Call out treatment plans that sound plausible but would harm or kill the patient.
• Keep scenario details consistent with 911 field practice and current protocols.
• Document your own clinical judgments in clear written English so reviewers can follow the logic.
• Work through assigned evaluation work at the pace you set each week, at 10 hours minimum.

Requirements6

• NRP certification paired with an active state paramedic license.
• At least two years of ALS field experience on a 911 service.
• Solid command of cardiology, airway management and pharmacology.
• Clear written English for recording clinical decisions under time pressure.
• Availability of 10 hours or more per week.
• Comfort working as an independent contractor on async project work.

Who Should Apply

Practicing paramedics with NRP certification and two or more years of 911 ALS response who can explain a clinical call in writing as well as they run it. Critical care, flight, FTO, supervisory or EMS education backgrounds fit well here.
