Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Kuwait City. This role involves leading technical design, development, and integration of Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations solutions, along with ERP integrations and Azure services. If you have a strong background in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform and are ready for an immediate onsite assignment, this is an excellent opportunity.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Operations modules to meet business requirements.
- 2Build and maintain plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and Ribbon Workbench customizations.
- 3Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP systems like Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite using REST APIs, OData, and Azure services.
- 4Develop Power Automate flows and Azure Functions to automate business processes and extend platform capabilities.
- 5Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and support deployments while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to best practices.
- 6Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions, and lead junior developers on the team.
Requirements6
- 1At least 8 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with a focus on Project Operations (10+ years preferred).
- 2Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, along with expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Model-driven Apps.
- 3Hands-on experience with Power Platform solutions, Dual-write, PPAC, and ERP integrations (preferably with Oracle or Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations).
- 4Solid understanding of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks.
- 5Familiarity with SQL Server, FetchXML, SSRS, Git, and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD.
- 6Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proven client-facing experience and the ability to lead a team.

Salary Insight
Monthly budget starts at $3,000 USD (negotiable based on experience). Additional benefits include accommodation, visa sponsorship, flight ticket, local travel, and a $30 USD per diem.
