Overview
Remote role building and refining an AI recruiting agent with production-ready features. You’ll push newer capabilities, test cutting edge LLMs and agent frameworks, and deploy AI-powered services that improve reliability and usefulness. Expect collaboration with product and engineering to ship tangible enhancements. You will work on backend Python services and keep pace with evolving AI tools and practices. What You'll Do7
- 1Enhance AI agent capabilities using modern language models and related tooling.
- 2Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python to support AI features.
- 3Experiment with prompts, workflows, retrieval augmented generation, and agent orchestration to raise quality.
- 4Assess model performance through controlled experiments and implement improvements based on results.
- 5Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features in production.
- 6Deploy scalable AI systems and monitor them in a live environment to ensure reliability.
- 7Stay current with the latest AI models, tools, and best practices to inform development decisions.

- 1Strong Python software engineering experience.
- 2Hands-on background building apps that use LLMs and AI APIs.
- 3Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- 4Experience creating APIs using FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
- 5Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 6Solid problem-solving skills with an experimental mindset and strong communication.

Salary Insight
