Full Stack Developer | $65-$120/hr Remote
Overview
Micro1 is hiring a remote Full Stack Developer for a contractor role paying between $65 and $120 per hour. You will create Reinforcement Learning Environments that evaluate how AI models handle real full-stack coding challenges, spanning frontend, backend, and API layers. Using languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python3, and Go, you will build reproducible setups with golden reference solutions, and no prior AI experience is required.
What You'll Do6
- 1Develop clear code snippets, debugging workflows, and technical insights for frontend and backend using TypeScript, Python3, or Go.
- 2Troubleshoot and fix bugs that cross the UI, API, and database boundaries.
- 3Build small to medium-sized features end-to-end, from user interface down to the data storage layer, following solid coding standards.
- 4Refactor current frontend and backend code to improve readability, consistency, and maintainability.
- 5Write clear documentation of your thought process, approach, and code choices to support AI training data quality.
- 6Review code from other developers and technical submissions to ensure they are correct and understandable.
Requirements6
- 1At least one year of practical experience building and maintaining both frontend and backend applications.
- 2Proficiency with at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and one backend stack (Node/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or Java/Spring).
- 3Strong grasp of how frontend and backend communicate via APIs.
- 4Ability to diagnose issues that occur at the seam between frontend and backend.
- 5Clear communication and documentation skills to explain technical decisions.
- 6Curiosity about AI and its technical challenges; previous AI experience is not needed.
