- 1Develop realistic Canva tasks that can be executed on a computer using Canva, and document them clearly in SuperAnnotate.
- 2Prepare the work environment by ensuring Canva access, ready assets, and brand details before recording.
- 3Record yourself completing the Canva task, following project instructions to keep the workflow clear and reproducible; include a screen recording when possible.
- 4Provide task context with goals, files, assets, and notes so reviewers understand how the task was completed.
- 5Demonstrate practical design workflows by applying templates, text edits, and layout changes across social posts, presentations, flyers, and infographics; highlight exports or sharing steps.
- 6Review submissions to ensure the recording is complete, realistic, and aligned with project guidelines.

- 1Hands-on experience using Canva to create social graphics, presentations, flyers, posters, templates, brand kits, infographics, or related design workflows.
- 2English proficiency at least B2 level to understand briefs and document tasks clearly.
- 3Comfort using a computer and browser-based tools, including files, uploads, downloads, exports and screen recording workflows.
- 4Ability to design realistic Canva tasks that reflect actual use cases in design, marketing, admin, sales, education, or content creation.
- 5Strong grasp of Canva basics such as templates, elements, text_styles, images, layers, alignment, colors, spacing, exports, and sharing.
- 6Ensure your setup includes Canva access, assets prepared, and any references ready before recording.
- 7High attention to detail during task prep, execution, and recording to keep outputs understandable.
- 8Reliable, self-directed contractor comfortable delivering hourly remote work across time zones.
- 9Additional skills in design, marketing, social media, branding, or content creation are a plus.
