Overview
Terac runs a paid research study built around conversations with senior leaders about how they steer strategy and manage organizations. The commitment is a single 30-minute video call with the research team, held remotely and scheduled around your availability. You will talk through business strategy, recent shifts in your industry dynamics, and the way those forces shape the calls you make at the top. Nothing is sold or pitched on the call. The discussion stays on your professional experience and your read on executive leadership.
What You'll Do6
- Join a 30-minute remote video interview and speak to your record as a senior leader.
- Explain the method you use to build a business strategy and carry it through to execution.
- Describe the industry shifts and market pressures you have worked through in recent years.
- Show how those pressures feed into the strategic choices you make for your organization.
- Talk the interviewer through how you weigh and commit to high-level organizational initiatives.
- Answer follow-up questions about management practice with examples from your own career.
Requirements6
- Hold an executive or senior leadership post right now.
- Direct experience shaping business strategy and setting organizational goals.
- Record of managing teams and delivering results at the highest level of an organization.
- Able to explain your view of industry dynamics while on camera.
- Clear, articulate communication over a video call.
- Readiness to speak openly about your own decision-making process.
Who Should Apply
C-suite executives, vice presidents, senior directors, and managing partners who set strategy day to day. If your current role puts you in charge of organizational direction and team leadership, the study wants your view.
