- 7Debug production issues, improve system reliability, and continuously optimize performance.
Requirements6
- 13+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience using Python in a B2C product environment.
- 2Minimum 6 months of experience building and shipping AI/ML-based features; Agentic AI highly preferred.
- 3Strong understanding of backend engineering concepts including API development, service-oriented architecture, and clean coding.
- 4Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- 5Experience working in B2C product companies/startups; candidates from Series D+ funded startups or FinTech are highly preferred.
- 6Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven startup environment with a 6-day work-from-office model.
