- 1Identify opportunities to apply AI across the VIP member journey
- 2Translate RM workflows into scalable AI-powered product features
- 3Define product requirements for AI-enabled capabilities
- 4Build tools that assist RMs with member insights, matchmaking signals, engagement risk detection, conversation summaries, and next-best actions
- 5Define metrics to evaluate AI features and run experiments to iterate based on usage and outcomes
- 6Drive adoption of AI tools within RM workflows
Requirements7
- 12–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product roles
- 2Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- 3Experience working with data-driven products
- 4Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and operations teams
- 5Experience working on AI or ML-enabled products
- 6Familiarity with LLM-based applications
- 7Experience in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or CX products
