Overview

We're looking for a Video Editor to create high-impact performance marketing ads. The role involves editing short-form and mid-form videos for platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and OTT, including motion graphics and adaptations for multiple formats. The ideal candidate is comfortable working fast, iterating based on feedback and data, and open to using AI-driven tools.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Edit short-form and mid-form videos for performance ads (Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, etc.)
  • 2Work with existing video footage, images, product shots, and stock assets
  • 3Create motion graphics, titles, supers, transitions, and basic animations as required
  • 4Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)
  • 5Deliver final, platform-ready ad assets with correct specs and naming conventions
  • 6Optimize edits for attention, retention, and clarity (strong hooks, pacing, CTAs)
  • 7Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to iterate quickly
  • 8Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines
  • 9Maintain organized project files and version control

Requirements7

  • 13+ years hands-on experience in video editing, ad creatives, short-form content, or performance marketing creatives
  • 2Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • 3Basic familiarity with AI-based editing or creative tools and openness to learning AI-assisted workflows
  • 4High-quality portfolio showcasing original editing, short-form videos, and motion graphics (avoid heavily template-based work)
  • 5Experience editing performance ads, e-commerce creatives, short-form videos, and marketing/promotional content
  • 6Hands-on experience with motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and basic animations
  • 7Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple iterations, feedback cycles, and quick turnaround timelines

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate is a video editor with at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing creatives, proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and open to using AI tools.
