UI/UX Designer

Overview

We are seeking a senior UI/UX Designer to create clean, user-friendly interfaces and experiences. The role involves executing visual design stages from concept to handoff, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with product managers. The ideal candidate will bring simplicity to complex design challenges and establish consistent brand designs.

What You'll Do7

• 1Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• 2Conceptualizing original UI/UX design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
• 3Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• 4Developing design solutions for various platforms
• 5Establishing consistent brand and creative designs
• 6Presenting and defending designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• 7Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements7

• 1Minimum 2+ years of design experience with a strong focus on UI-intensive work
• 2Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end designs independently from wireframes and user flows through to final Figma handoff
• 3Experience delivering both web and mobile designs
• 4Strong working proficiency in Figma, Adobe, Photoshop etc.
• 5Solid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and process flows for web and mobile responsive platforms
• 6A UI-heavy portfolio with clear evidence of high-fidelity designs and end-to-end screen design
• 7Formal design degree (B.Des, M.Des, or related fields such as mass communication, visual arts, fine arts)
