Overview

Seeking a Technical Account Manager to engage with publisher accounts in the AdTech/Pharma Tech sectors, manage onboarding, provide technical support, and drive customer success.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout onboarding and post-implementation.
  • 2Support technical onboarding for new clients, managing integrations to ensure clients are set up for success from day one.
  • 3Act as the primary technical contact for key accounts, troubleshooting issues and proactively identifying opportunities to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • 4Conduct live demos to prospective clients, highlighting unique benefits and tailoring demonstrations for varying audience levels, focusing on endemic and top publisher accounts.
  • 5Collaborate cross-functionally to identify client needs and customize demo experiences, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • 6Gather insights from client interactions to inform product development, and regularly report on account health, demo success, and product feedback.

Requirements6

  • 18+ years of experience as a technical account manager, publisher ops, or similar role in AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising.
  • 2Strong hands-on expertise working with top SSP platforms and publisher accounts.
  • 3Strong understanding of programmatic technology, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • 4Skilled in building and nurturing client relationships with a strong commitment to customer success.
  • 5Exceptional presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt content to client needs.
  • 6Bachelor's degree.
