Tech Trainer (DotNet)

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Certified Trainer to deliver high-quality corporate training on .NET technologies. This role involves frequent travel across India to conduct engaging sessions at client locations.

What You'll Do8

• 1Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular.
• 2Design and develop comprehensive training materials such as course outlines, presentations, code examples, assignments, and multimedia content.
• 3Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• 4Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues to foster a deep understanding of Full Stack concepts.
• 5Develop and implement a Quality Control framework to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• 6Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and content developers to enhance training program quality.
• 7Maintain detailed records of training activities, learner progress, and feedback for reporting and improvements.
• 8Travel to various locations across India to deliver training sessions.

Requirements5

• 1Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
• 2Minimum 2 years of corporate training experience.
• 3Strong technical background in .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular.
• 4Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
• 5Willingness to travel frequently across India for client-location training.
