Overview

We are seeking a Tech Business Development Manager to drive sales in IT and channel sales. The role involves developing strategic account plans, managing partner relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud/IT services sales and partner ecosystem management.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • 2Analyze client requirements, prerequisites, and objectives.
  • 3Submit business proposals and close deals.
  • 4Develop and execute a strategic plan to create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • 5Coordinate with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
  • 6Maintain customer relationships through various activities such as sending greetings and mailers.

Requirements5

  • 1Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in Cloud / IT Services or partner/enterprise solution sales.
  • 2Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, or strategic alliances.
  • 3Experience supporting or driving partner-led sales cycles including requirement alignment, proposal coordination, and deal closure.
  • 4Ability to coordinate across partners, internal teams, and end customers effectively.
  • 5Technical or IT-oriented education background (BE / BSc IT / MSc IT) is mandatory.

Who Should Apply

A self-starter with a strong partner sales profile in cloud/IT services, experienced in channel sales and partner-led deals, and holding a technical degree. Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with accounts.
