What You'll Do6

• 1Lead creative direction and experiment with illustration styles to define the visual voice for each product brand.
• 2Design pixel-perfect, modern, intuitive high-fidelity UI interfaces balancing aesthetics with high-scale functionality.
• 3Weave culturally resonant Indian aesthetics into designs, blending vibrant traditions with modern appeal.
• 4Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping and workflow, enabling more time for strategic creative thinking.
• 5Apply 3D tools like Blender or Spline to create depth, shadows, and lighting for a premium tactile feel.
• 6Collaborate with engineering to implement motion design that makes interactions feel alive and eases high-stress flows.

Requirements7

• 16+ years of experience in Visual Design / UI Design / Motion Design / Creative Design roles.
• 2Strong expertise in Visual Design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, hierarchy, lighting, shadows, and depth.
• 3Hands-on experience in Motion Design and Animation, including interaction motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and storytelling.
• 4Strong illustration capabilities across 2D/3D, abstract/literal styles, and brand-led visual systems.
• 5Proficiency in 3D tools such as Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D for creating premium visual assets.
• 6Capability to create pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs for mobile products.
• 7Practical experience using AI tools in design workflows for ideation, prototyping, or asset generation while maintaining originality.
