Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Implementation, Data Migration)
Overview
Lead technical implementation and onboarding for enterprise customers, including data migration from legacy billing systems, building automation frameworks in Python, and managing complex integrations. This role requires close collaboration with account managers and customer stakeholders to ensure successful go-live.
What You'll Do5
- 1Own the technical implementation for enterprise and high-complexity customer onboardings from kickoff to go-live
- 2Design and develop reusable Python frameworks and tooling for common enterprise onboarding patterns
- 3Lead large-scale data migrations from legacy systems such as Stripe, Chargebee, and Zuora
- 4Create reconciliation reports to verify migration accuracy and billing correctness
- 5Configure customer accounts, billing rules, contracts, and pricing models based on customer requirements
Requirements5
- 14–7 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles
- 2Strong Python scripting skills with experience building production-grade migration and automation workflows
- 3Deep experience with data migration, ETL processes, and complex data transformations
- 4Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- 5Proven experience leading enterprise or high-complexity customer implementations
