Overview

Drive sales growth for corporate IT training and certification solutions by managing and expanding a network of channel partners. Responsibilities include recruiting partners, executing joint business plans, and managing sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Identify, recruit (MOU), and onboard new channel partners such as resellers, distributors, and learning partners.
  • 2Create and execute joint business plans and certification calendars to meet sales goals.
  • 3Collaborate with partners to plan and implement go-to-market strategies to generate demand for certification and reskilling solutions.
  • 4Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • 5Assist in partner marketing activities including tradeshows, campaigns, and promotional events.

Requirements5

  • 1Minimum 1+ years of B2B sales, channel sales, or partner management experience in IT solutions, training, certification sales, or technology services.
  • 2Proven experience working with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, or strategic alliances.
  • 3Experience supporting or driving partner-led sales cycles, including requirement alignment, proposal coordination, and deal closure.
  • 4Experience creating joint business plans, GTM strategies, and sales campaigns with partners.
  • 5Technical or IT-oriented education background (BE/BSc IT/MSc IT) is mandatory.
