Overview
This role involves helping train next-generation AI systems by applying backend development expertise in Rust. You will design and optimize REST and GraphQL endpoints, manage database migrations, and actively test new AI-powered models in Cursor, providing detailed feedback via incident reports and surveys. Requirements7
- 13+ years of professional experience as a backend developer with strong expertise in Rust
- 2Proficient in building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- 3Advanced understanding of backend data validation, error handling, and API security
- 4Hands-on experience with database migrations, performance tuning, and schema design
- 5Extensive use of AI tools for coding; familiarity with Cursor is highly desirable
- 6Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear incident and bug reporting
