Overview

This role involves applying project management and operations expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. The specialist will coordinate multiple projects using tools like Asana, Monday, and Basecamp, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and develop efficient processes. The work is remote and contract-based, with a focus on providing high-quality, real-world input to enhance AI model learning and reasoning.

What You'll Do7

• 1Coordinate and manage multiple projects using Asana, Monday, and Basecamp to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• 2Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration through clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• 3Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule.
• 4Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize team productivity and workflow.
• 5Create comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and process guides tailored to various stakeholders.
• 6Support onboarding and training of team members on project management tools and best practices.
• 7Continuously assess and refine operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and scalability.

Requirements7

• 13+ years of experience in project management and general operations roles.
• 2Advanced proficiency with Asana, Monday, and Basecamp.
• 3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
• 4Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• 5Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
• 6Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and documentation.
• 7Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable with autonomy.
