Product Manager (Order-to-cash, Fintech)

Overview

Product Manager role focused on order-to-cash fintech, responsible for driving the product roadmap, engaging with customers to uncover pain points, and delivering billing/pricing infrastructure for SaaS companies. This role requires end-to-end ownership of product cycles and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

What You'll Do6

• 1Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points, validate ideas, and translate feedback into product direction.
• 2Triage and prioritize customer feature requests across product areas, balancing impact, feasibility, and scalability.
• 3Build clear, actionable PRDs and partner with design and engineering to turn ideas into shipped features.
• 4Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer outcomes.
• 5Drive product cycles end-to-end from ideation through delivery, ensuring timely launches with measurable results.
• 6Partner with customer success and sales with product expertise during implementations or escalations.

Requirements5

• 13+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company with evidence of owning outcomes.
• 2Strong product thinking: ability to decompose ambiguous problems and scope solutions balancing speed and quality.
• 3Deep customer empathy paired with commercial awareness, understanding revenue, retention, and expansion consequences.
• 4Data-fluent: can define metrics, pull insights, design experiments, and course-correct fast.
• 5Excellent written and verbal communication to write crisp specs, run reviews, and influence stakeholders.
