Private Equity Associate | $100-$144/hr Remote
Overview
This contract role leverages your private equity expertise to train next-generation AI systems. You will analyze and refine deal documentation, including CIMs, IC memos, and board decks, to help models learn and reason effectively. Your domain knowledge, not AI experience, is the core requirement.
What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation.
- 2Draft, review, and refine Investment Committee (IC) memos and Board Decks to support decision-making processes.
- 3Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation.
- 4Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to monitor task progress and identify key errors.
- 5Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in managing confidential and sensitive information throughout deal processes.
Requirements5
- 12+ years of experience in private equity or a combination of private equity and investment banking (Associate or Analyst level only).
- 2Expertise in reviewing public filings, conducting M&A or financing transactions, and preparing CIMs/SIMs and due diligence materials.
- 3Strong proficiency with Investment Committee memos and Board Decks, including structuring and presenting complex information clearly.
- 4Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft precise and compelling narrative for diverse audiences.
- 5Fluent/native English proficiency, ideally with exposure to US, UK, or Canadian market dynamics.
