- 1Design and evolve cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Kubernetes) ensuring availability, performance, and cost efficiency across regions and products.
- 2Build internal tools and platforms that help engineers deploy, monitor, and scale their services independently with minimal friction and maximum confidence.
- 3Architect secure, fast, and scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- 4Champion observability, SLOs, and incident response practices; drive a culture of proactive performance monitoring and resilient system design.
- 5Integrate DevSecOps practices including policy-as-code, automated audits, secure secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
- 6Guide and mentor DevOps and SRE engineers; partner closely with platform developers on infrastructure strategy, deployment patterns, and production readiness.
Requirements6
- 110+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles, ideally in SaaS, product-led or scale-up environments.
- 2Deep knowledge of AWS services, Kubernetes (EKS), VPC networking, container orchestration, and autoscaling patterns.
- 3Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, GitOps, and scripting (Python/Go/Bash) with an automation-first mindset.
- 4Experience running fast, secure, zero-downtime deployments at scale while improving release velocity without sacrificing stability.
- 5Understanding of SRE principles, SLOs, failure domains, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- 6Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable in architecture reviews and incident retrospectives.
