Overview

Seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels. This role owns strategy, budget, team execution, and ROI, working with leadership, sales, and product teams to drive scalable revenue.

What You'll Do4

  • 1Define and execute the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • 2Lead and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
  • 3Manage and mentor performance marketers, media buyers, and agencies
  • 4Own analytics setup including GA4, GTM, Pixels, CRM integrations, ensuring accurate attribution and funnel visibility

Requirements5

  • 14+ years in Performance/Growth Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • 2Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • 3Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets
  • 4Deep understanding of attribution models, funnels, and CRM-based tracking
  • 5Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
