Notion User/Specialist | $20-$70/hr Remote

Overview

This role involves using your Notion expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. You will annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes, troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks, and collaborate with a remote team. No prior AI experience is required—your domain knowledge and Notion skills are what matter.

What You'll Do7

• 1Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.

• 3Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion, suggesting improvements.
• 4Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively.
• 5Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases.
• 6Support the customer’s team by providing actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.
• 7Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal briefings.

Requirements7

• 1Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Notion.
• 2Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
• 3Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
• 4Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling.
• 5Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment.
