Overview

This role involves leveraging Microsoft 365 expertise to train AI systems by developing and refining prompts, evaluating model responses across multiple dimensions, and collaborating with teams to enhance model performance. The specialist will document prompt modifications, identify data trends, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards, all while working remotely on a contract basis.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.
  • 2Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define evaluation criteria and implement process improvements.
  • 4Maintain meticulous documentation related to prompt modifications and model evaluations.
  • 5Identify trends in data labeling and provide actionable feedback for model enhancement.
  • 6Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.
  • 7Ensure all project work aligns with organizational standards and data privacy requirements.

Requirements7

  • 1Specialist-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams).
  • 2Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex processes succinctly.
  • 3Demonstrated experience in data labeling, prompt creation, or related evaluation workflows.
