Member of Technical Staff (Zara) | $40-$60/hr Remote
Overview
This role is for a Member of Technical Staff at micro1, working on Zara, an AI Recruiter model used by major AI labs. You will design, build, and scale AI systems using Python and AWS, integrate LLMs and multimodal AI, and build APIs with LangChain and FastAPI. The position is fully remote and involves cross-functional collaboration to advance recruiting technology.

Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 2Proven experience in Python programming and building systems in AWS environments.
- 3Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, and multimodal AI frameworks.
- 4Proficiency in developing APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar).
- 5Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently.
- 6Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Insight
