Requirements5
- 1Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

- 3Advanced proficiency in regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate law.
- 4Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- 5Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage projects in remote, digital-first legal environments.
