Overview

Oversee enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, along with AI capabilities. Define service strategy, roadmap, and operating model while ensuring alignment with business priorities. Drive AI adoption and ensure safe deployment in partnership with security, legal, and data governance teams.

What You'll Do4

  • 1Own collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and AI capabilities across the enterprise, defining service strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
  • 2Drive AI enablement and rollout, ensuring safe and responsible AI deployment in partnership with identity, security, legal, and data governance teams, and lead training and adoption strategies.
  • 3Own service health, reliability, and performance; define and track KPIs, SLAs, user experience metrics, and adoption trends; work with support/ops teams on incident, problem, and change management.
  • 4Define configuration standards and guardrails for all collaboration services, ensuring consistency across tenants, regions, and workloads, and align with enterprise architecture, security policies, and Zero Trust principles.

Requirements6

  • 110+ years total experience with at least 5 years as a Microsoft engineer working on M365 collaboration services in enterprise environments.
  • 2Deep hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, including integration and dependencies.
  • 3Demonstrated end-to-end service ownership and accountability for collaboration platforms covering strategy, roadmap, operations, and platform decisions.
  • 4Basic understanding of AI and experience enabling or operating AI-powered productivity tools, including data access models, permissions, information architecture, and content hygiene.
  • 5Solid IT service management background covering incident, problem, and change management, and experience defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • 6Experience defining configuration standards, governance, and guardrails aligned with enterprise architecture, security policies, and Zero Trust principles, including awareness of compliance, data retention, eDiscovery, and privacy constraints.
