Overview
This role involves applying backend development expertise to train next-generation AI systems. The Golang Developer will design and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs, ensure data validation and security, and actively test AI-powered models in Cursor. The position requires participation in intensive testing bursts, collaboration with a research team, and providing feedback to improve model performance.
What You'll Do7
- 1Design, develop, and optimize REST and GraphQL endpoints for scalable APIs.

- 5Participate in 4-day intensive testing bursts to explore how AI models impact coding workflows.
- 6Engage with the research team in Slack to discuss findings and propose improvements.
- 7Submit detailed post-burst surveys on model performance and developer experience.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of professional backend development experience with strong expertise in Go (Golang).
- 2Proficient in building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- 3Advanced understanding of backend data validation, error handling, and API security.
- 4Hands-on experience with database migrations, performance tuning, and schema design.
- 5Extensive use of AI tools for coding; familiarity with Cursor is highly desirable.
- 6Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for clear incident and bug reporting.
