Overview

This role is a contract fellowship for experienced in-house counsel to help train next-generation AI systems by performing simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises. Fellows will evaluate AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness, and provide expert feedback to improve model performance. The position requires a J.D., active bar admission, and at least 3 years of in-house experience focused on SaaS contract review and negotiation.

Requirements6

  • 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 2Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
  • 4Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • 5Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
  • 6Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
