Overview

Responsible for deploying and customizing backend solutions for enterprise supply chain clients. Involves direct client engagement, building integrations, and ensuring successful go-live and steady-state operations.

What You'll Do5

1Embed with enterprise customers to understand their supply chain operations and define success metrics.
2Design, build, and maintain backend services in Node.js or Python that power routing, planning, and execution.
3Build and own integrations connecting to client ERPs, TMS, WMS, and OMS platforms.
4Run architecture reviews and lead integration workshops with client organizations.
5Travel to client sites for kick-offs, integration sprints, go-lives, and post-live reviews.

Requirements7

15+ years of backend engineering experience with hands-on coding in Node.js or Python.
2Minimum 2+ years in client-facing / deployment-heavy roles with enterprise customers.
3Experience shipping and owning production systems end-to-end (design to build to deployment to support).
4Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python and building scalable backend services.
5Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, third-party systems like ERP/TMS/WMS/OMS).
6Hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases, event streaming/queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
7Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Who Should Apply

An experienced backend engineer with a strong track record in client-facing deployment roles, skilled in Node.js or Python and enterprise integrations. Comfortable with end-to-end ownership of production systems and able to travel to client sites. Ideally from a top product company or SaaS platform.
