This role involves using your expertise as an active food delivery app user to help train next-generation AI systems. You will provide realistic user data, evaluate search results, and document your thought process to improve AI learning. What You'll Do7
- 1Leverage your active food delivery app account and order history to provide realistic user data and scenarios
- 2Generate authentic search intents and document user journeys on grocery and food delivery platforms
- 3Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on the relevance of search results and app recommendations
- 4Document your thought process and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English
- 5Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to support ongoing AI training initiatives
- 6Identify usability issues, suggest improvements, and flag inconsistencies across different platforms
- 7Stay up-to-date with the latest app features and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery
Requirements7
- 1Active user of food delivery apps with documented order history (not a restaurant owner or driver)
- 2Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery ecosystems
- 3Ability to create realistic search intents and accurately evaluate search result relevance
- 4Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — clarity and detail matter
- 5Proficient in using smartphones or desktops with food delivery apps installed
