Overview

This contract role is for a Financial Planning and Analysis Expert who will apply their domain knowledge to train next-generation AI systems. The expert will analyze complex financial datasets, build advanced financial models and scenario analyses, and create evaluation rubrics to improve AI model performance. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic planning and advising on key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV.

What You'll Do7

1Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to deliver actionable business intelligence.
2Develop, refine, and implement advanced financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
3Create comprehensive rubrics using field knowledge to enhance and refine AI models.
4Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting under US GAAP/IFRS standards.
5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making.
6Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
7Advise on key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV to inform business strategies.

Requirements4

1Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
2Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance.
3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
