Overview

This role involves applying electrical engineering expertise to train next-generation AI systems. As a contractor in micro1's Super Star Program, you will consult with clients, create sample tasks, and advise on engineering decisions. Your domain knowledge will shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

What You'll Do6

  • 1Engage in client consultations to assess and advise on new engineering pipelines and technical opportunities.
  • 2Partner with core technical staff to drive innovation and inform research directions within your area of expertise.
  • 3Create and review challenging sample tasks and scenarios for use in new pipeline development.
  • 4Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures, often with limited or incomplete data.
  • 5Evaluate and communicate critical tradeoffs between cost, reliability, and performance in system design.
  • 6Advise on the application of AI and emerging technologies within electrical engineering domains.
