Overview

Lead the growth and revenue product strategy for a high-scale B2C platform, driving alignment across product, marketing, sales, data science, and CRM. Own the end-to-end revenue funnel including acquisition, activation, conversion, and monetization, while building and mentoring a team of product managers.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data Science, CRM, and Business to translate competing priorities into a coherent growth strategy.
  • 2Build, mentor, and manage the revenue pod PMs, fostering a culture of ownership and structured experimentation.
  • 3Own the unified growth charter and drive metrics across the full revenue funnel: acquisition, activation, conversion, and monetisation.
  • 4Develop upsell and cross-sell frameworks that surface the right offer to the right learner at the right moment to maximize lifetime value.
  • 5Architect A/B and multivariate testing pipelines, pricing experiments, and personalisation engines to continuously improve funnel performance.

Requirements5

  • 112–14 years of overall Product Management experience with strong exposure to Growth, Revenue, Monetisation, or Conversion-led product roles in high-scale B2C businesses.
  • 24–6+ years leading product teams, mentoring PMs, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • 3Proven success in improving business metrics such as free-to-paid conversion, ARPU, retention, LTV/CAC, checkout optimisation, and renewals.
  • 4Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product decisions.
  • 5Strong understanding of pricing models, subscription products, upsell/cross-sell strategies, and monetisation psychology.
