- 5Develop relationships with founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers
- 6Ensure consistent deal flow with ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5+ Crores
- 7Stay updated with market trends, lending products, and industry developments
Requirements6
- 12+ years of experience in debt syndication or loan sourcing for startups, SMEs, or MSMEs
- 2Proven experience in sourcing clients and building a pipeline for loans (NOT closing deals)
- 3Understanding of basic debt products such as term loans and working capital
- 4Strong networking skills with founders, SMEs, and CFOs
- 5Experience generating deal flow with ticket sizes of ₹50L – ₹5Cr+
- 6Background in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, NBFC credit, Structured Finance, or Financial advisory firms (preferred)
