Overview

Lead enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives using Microsoft Fabric. Define target-state architecture, implement Medallion architecture, and establish data governance frameworks. Build GenAI-ready data platforms enabling advanced analytics and machine learning.

What You'll Do12

  • 1Lead enterprise-scale implementation of modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric
  • 2Design and implement Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
  • 3Architect scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics solutions
  • 4Define data modeling standards (Dimensional, Data Vault)
  • 5Establish data governance frameworks including cataloging and lineage
  • 6Build CI/CD pipelines for data platforms
  • 7Design AI/ML and Generative AI-ready architectures
  • 8Build ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, CDC)
  • 9Enable real-time data processing
  • 10Develop target-state architecture and standards
  • 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • 12Act as a trusted advisor to clients

Requirements10

  • 18+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
  • 23+ years of deep hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem including Fabric Lakehouse, OneLake, and Data Factory
  • 3Strong expertise in designing and implementing Medallion architecture and scalable lakehouse platforms
  • 4Strong experience in Azure data ecosystem including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, ADLS, and Power BI
  • 5Proven experience designing scalable data models including Dimensional Modelling and/or Data Vault
  • 6Hands-on experience building ingestion pipelines including batch, streaming, and CDC pipelines using tools like Spark, Kafka, or Fabric pipelines
  • 7Strong experience in implementing data governance frameworks including data cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and security controls
  • 8Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines for data platforms using Azure DevOps / Git
  • 9Hands-on experience designing AI/ML-ready data platforms
  • 10Experience with orchestration and workflow tools and integrating data platforms with BI tools like Power BI
