Overview
This role leverages corporate finance expertise to train next-generation AI systems. The expert will design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks, develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint, and create grading rubrics for evaluating AI outputs. They will also construct advanced financial models and produce transaction-quality materials to improve AI reasoning and performance in finance domains.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design technically demanding finance prompts and tasks that mirror investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance complexity.
- 2Develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint to set objective benchmarks for AI model evaluation.
- 3Create and refine clear grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on transaction and modeling exercises.
- 4Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models (3-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, sensitivity analyses).
- 5Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with a client-ready, production-grade level of detail.
- 6Develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials commonly used across IB, PE, and Corp Dev.
Requirements6
- 1Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
- 2Advanced Excel proficiency, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks.
- 3Expertise in building polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
- 4Strong familiarity with standard IB/PE/Corp Dev templates and processes.
- 5Proven track record working on live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
- 6Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
