Overview

This role is a contract fellowship where experienced attorneys help train next-generation AI systems by performing simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises. Fellows evaluate AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and legal soundness, providing expert feedback to improve model performance. The work is part-time, remote, and focuses on leveraging domain expertise in SaaS contract review to refine AI-driven legal tools.

What You'll Do4

Requirements4

  • 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 2Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly SaaS contract review, negotiation, and redlining.
  • 3Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • 4Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
