Overview

A strategic and hands-on Head of Content to lead end-to-end content vision and execution across formats including text, audio, video, interactive, and AI-generated. The role owns content strategy, operations, AI-powered transformation, and cross-functional execution, driving audience engagement and business impact.

What You'll Do8

  • 5Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and Technology teams.
  • 6Establish content governance, quality standards, editorial frameworks, and operational processes.
  • 7Build and lead high-performing content teams across multiple functions.
  • 8Use analytics and customer insights to continuously optimize content performance.

Requirements6

  • 1Minimum 12+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Operations, and Digital Content leadership roles.
  • 2Proven experience leading and scaling content across multiple formats including text, audio, video, interactive, and digital platforms.
  • 3Expertise in content strategy, editorial frameworks, content lifecycle management, audience analytics, SEO, content personalization, AI tools, content governance, and performance measurement.
  • 4Hands-on exposure to AI-powered content creation, GenAI tools, content automation, or AI-driven content transformation initiatives.
  • 5Demonstrated experience in driving content engagement, audience growth, customer retention, and business impact through data-backed content strategies.
  • 6Strong team leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Marketing, Design, and Analytics teams.

Who Should Apply

Ideal candidate has 12+ years in digital content leadership, deep experience in content strategy and operations, hands-on with AI/GenAI content tools, and a proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement through data-driven content. They should have led large, cross-functional teams and scaled content ecosystems across multiple formats. Strong preference for experience in B2C organizations such as FinTech, Consumer Internet, Media, or EdTech.

Salary Insight

Compensation is open to discussion, with CTC breakup up to 75% fixed and 25% variable as per company policy.
