Overview

This role involves applying coding expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by reviewing and refining AI-generated code, creating coding problems, and developing test cases. The work directly influences how AI models learn, reason, and perform, and no prior AI experience is required—only domain knowledge in programming.

What You'll Do7

• 1Review and refine AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and best practices across multiple languages.
• 2Create and solve coding problems to ensure diverse and challenging datasets.
• 3Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate code correctness and performance.
• 4Provide clear reasoning and detailed written feedback to enhance AI model learning.
• 5Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify areas for improvement in code evaluation processes.
• 6Document findings and contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks.
• 7Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Requirements7

• 1Expertise in any programming language: Python, Java, GoLang, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, etc.
• 2Strong problem-solving skills with experience tackling a wide range of coding challenges.
• 3Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• 4Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing code and providing feedback.
• 5Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products for documentation and collaboration.
• 6Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
