Overview

Responsible for generating sponsorship revenue for conferences and events through lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Identify and approach potential sponsors for conferences, summits, and events.

  • 3Pitch sponsorship packages and customize offerings based on client needs.
  • 4Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship deals.
  • 5Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners.
  • 6Achieve monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets.
  • 7Maintain CRM data of leads, opportunities, and closures.
  • 8Coordinate with marketing and event teams to align sponsorship deliverables.
  • 9Attend industry events and conferences for networking and lead generation.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years of sales experience with at least 2+ years in sponsorship sales, conference sales, or event sales.
  • 2Hands-on experience managing the complete sponsorship sales lifecycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • 3Proven track record of generating sponsorship revenue and consistently achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • 4Strong experience in consultative/solution-based selling and ability to pitch customized sponsorship packages (branding, booths, speaking slots, partnerships).
  • 5Experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as marketing heads, brand managers, partnerships teams, and CXOs.
  • 6Prior experience in the conference/event industry, media companies, or event sponsorship sales is highly preferred.
  • 7Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) for managing leads, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

Who Should Apply

Must have a proven track record of closing deals, generating revenue, and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
