Overview

A Business Development Representative (BDR) role focused on outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for B2B SaaS products. Responsibilities include cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and scheduling demos with Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
  • 2Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • 3Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure only high-potential prospects are handed over to AEs.
  • 4Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with Account Executives.
  • 5Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Requirements5

  • 11+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation with at least 6 months in B2B SaaS.
  • 2Direct experience selling into or prospecting the US or North America market (APAC-only or Middle East-only market exposure not considered).
  • 3Hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification, and demo or meeting scheduling with Account Executives.
  • 4Working experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms, plus CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.
  • 5Strong verbal and written communication skills.
