Associate - Customer Success
Overview
The Associate - Customer Success manages operational processes, coordinates with internal teams and clients, and ensures smooth execution of customer projects. This role involves travel to client sites, process design, and KPI monitoring to improve service standards.
What You'll Do9

- 2Follow up and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
- 3Travel to client locations to understand needs, train on solutions, and build relationships
- 4Manage customer worklists to implement requests and improve service standards
- 5Design and set up processes and work on continuous improvement
- 6Collaborate with technical team to configure software platform and troubleshoot issues
- 7Set and monitor KPIs on implemented projects
- 8Implement systems and processes to achieve 100% conformance to client requirements
- 9Research and analyze new products and design implementation processes
Requirements7
- 16+ months experience in Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, or Supply Chain coordination, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled operations
- 2Hands-on exposure to executing and monitoring operational processes and driving efficiency improvements
- 3Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Product, Clients) and ensuring timely follow-ups
- 4Exposure to defining, tracking, and monitoring KPIs/performance metrics for operational processes or client projects
- 5Experience working with technical teams to support software/platform implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, or client onboarding
- 6Comfortable acting as SPOC for enterprise clients, managing queries, and maintaining strong relationships; willingness to travel to client locations
- 7If fresher, must have MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
