Overview
This role involves applying your expertise in academic research to help train next-generation AI systems. You will conduct in-depth research, prepare and review complex documents in Word and PDF, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights. The position is remote and contractor-based, focusing on translating research findings into client-ready reports and presentations.

- 1Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, delivering high-quality, evidence-based insights
- 2Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to support diverse project needs
- 4Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for Fortune 500 standards
- 5Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes
- 6Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables
- 7Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors
- 2Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution
- 3Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents (tracked changes, formatting, data extraction, document review)
- 4Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- 6Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables
- 7Proven record of producing high-quality, client-ready outputs
